The StateOf Circle platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is managed by RLT FIRICIEL S.R.L., headquartered in Arad, Romania, Spl. G-Ral Gheorghe Magheru - Bl. 365 Et. P Ap. 3, registered with the Trade Registry under no. J20/1600/746022, having CUI 36161091, fiscal attribute RO, contact email teo@stateofclothing.com (hereinafter referred to as "StateOf").

The Platform is part of the StateOf brand ecosystem but has a separate role from the online store www.stateofclothing.com.

Accessing and using the Platform implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Purpose of the Platform

StateOf Circle is a private community, accessible only to StateOf customers, which offers:

• Networking and discussions among members
• Access to events organized by StateOf or its partners
• Exclusive resources and information for the community

3. Access Conditions

To create an account on the Platform, users must:

• Place an order on the official website www.stateofclothing.com
• Follow the official StateOf accounts on Instagram and TikTok
• Use the email address associated with the order during registration

4. User Obligations

Users agree to:

• Provide real and correct data upon registration
• Not transmit false, offensive, discriminatory, illegal, or spam information
• Respect other members and not use the Platform for unauthorized commercial purposes
• Maintain the confidentiality of their access data (email, password)

StateOf reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these rules.

5. Personal Data and Privacy

By registering, users provide the following data: full name, email, phone number, password. These are used exclusively for:

• Managing the member account
• Communicating about community activities
• Inviting to events and sending relevant information

Personal data is processed in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and the StateOf Privacy Policy, available on www.stateofclothing.com.

6. Intellectual Property

The content of the Platform (texts, logos, visual materials) belongs to StateOf and is protected by copyright and trademark legislation.

Users retain the rights to their own content, but by posting, they grant StateOf a non-exclusive license to use it for promotional and communication purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

StateOf is not responsible for:

• Content published by users
• Interactions between community members (online or offline)
• Any losses or damages resulting from these interactions

The Platform is provided "as is", without additional guarantees.

8. Termination of Access

StateOf reserves the right to suspend or close the accounts of users who:

• Do not comply with the Terms and Conditions
• Use the Platform in an abusive or illegal manner

9. Changes to the Terms

StateOf may update these Terms and Conditions. The revised version will be published on the Platform, and continued use after the changes implies their acceptance.

10. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts in Romania.
